At Nova Events and Experiences, every event is carefully planned, and resources are committed in advance. Hence, we follow a strict policy on cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation by Client:

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to ishwarya@nova-ee.com.

If cancelled:

• 30+ days before the event: 50% refund of the advance
• 15–30 days before: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Cancellation by Nova:

In the rare case of event cancellation from our side (due to unavoidable circumstances), a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Note: Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
